About the role

Cerchiamo una persona da inserire come Addetto/a alla consulenza clienti in ambito commerciale, che si occupi di seguire clienti privati e professionisti e di proporre soluzioni coerenti con le loro esigenze. La risorsa lavorerà a contatto con il pubblico e con il team interno, contribuendo a mantenere e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti.

Attività previste/principali:

gestione dei contatti telefonici e degli appuntamenti con clienti interessati ai servizi

analisi delle esigenze del cliente e proposta di soluzioni personalizzate

aggiornamento dei dati e delle pratiche su gestionale aziendale e posta elettronica

supporto operativo nella predisposizione della documentazione contrattuale

monitoraggio delle richieste e ricontatti per attività di fidelizzazione

Requisiti:

buone capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente

precisione nell'inserimento dati e gestione pratiche

dimestichezza con strumenti informatici di base (foglio di calcolo, posta, CRM)

aperto anche a prime esperienze; valutiamo candidati senza esperienza specifica

Offerta e benefit:

contratto a tempo determinato full-time con inserimento previsto a breve

Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.500-1.800 €

formazione continua e affiancamento operativo iniziale
