About the role

A Bologna, in un ufficio che segue attività commerciali di vendita e gestione ordini per clienti retail e professionali, cerchiamo un/una Segretario/a amministrativo/a. Entrerai in un contesto operativo concreto. Nel nostro team la figura supporta ogni giorno il flusso tra area commerciale, fornitori e amministrazione, occupandosi di agenda, documenti di vendita, scadenze e comunicazioni interne con attenzione e continuità.

Attività previste:

gestione agenda, appuntamenti e posta in entrata e in uscita dell’ufficio commerciale

inserimento ordini e anagrafiche clienti su gestionale TeamSystem, con verifica dei dati prima della conferma

registrazione della prima nota e controllo di fatture elettroniche e DDT, mediamente 40-60 documenti a settimana

aggiornamento dello scadenzario pagamenti e supporto nel sollecito amministrativo dei clienti

preparazione di report Excel per offerte, incassi e avanzamento pratiche

Requisiti richiesti:

qualifica professionale o diploma in area amministrativa, commerciale o segretariale

buona dimestichezza con Excel, posta elettronica e strumenti gestionali

anche senza esperienza pregressa

precisione, riservatezza e capacità di gestire più attività nella stessa giornata

possibilità di inizio immediato

Offerta e benefit:

contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi

inserimento a tempo pieno dal lunedì al venerdì

retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1500-1750 €
