About the role

Cerchiamo una persona precisa e con buone capacità relazionali da inserire nel team risorse umane di un punto vendita al dettaglio specializzato nella distribuzione di prodotti per clienti privati. La figura supporterà le attività quotidiane di recruiting e gestione del personale con un inserimento rapido.

Attività previste/principali:

screening dei curricula e primo contatto con i candidati per la preselezione

organizzazione dei colloqui e gestione dell'agenda delle selezioni

supporto all'onboarding delle nuove risorse e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche

collaborazione nella gestione presenze, ferie e comunicazioni interne al team

predisposizione della documentazione base per i contratti e le pratiche HR

Requisiti richiesti:

diploma di scuola superiore

buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e strumenti digitali

attitudine al contatto con le persone e precisione nella gestione dati

valutiamo anche candidati senza esperienza interessati alla formazione sul ruolo

Offerta e benefit:

contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi finalizzato a tempo indeterminato

retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.500-1.800 €
