About the role

Nel settore della vendita al dettaglio a Bologna, ricerchiamo una figura da inserire nel nostro team per gestire i rapporti con la clientela e assicurare un servizio di qualità.

La persona selezionata avrà il compito di mantenere e sviluppare le relazioni con i clienti, fornendo supporto continuo attraverso canali diretti e digitali, risolvendo eventuali problematiche e proponendo soluzioni personalizzate.

Attività previste:

Gestione quotidiana del portafoglio clienti acquisiti

Assistenza ai clienti nelle loro richieste di ordini, informazioni sui prodotti e chiarimenti sui servizi

Aggiornamento delle anagrafiche e monitoraggio delle interazioni nel sistema CRM aziendale

Monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente e gestione di eventuali reclami

Collaborazione con il team commerciale per garantire continuità nel servizio

Requisiti richiesti:

Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore

Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali

Orientamento al cliente e problem solving

Familiarità con strumenti informatici di base (Excel, posta elettronica, CRM)

Offerta e benefit:

Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga

Orario full time, lunedì–venerdì dalle 09:00 alle 18:00 con pausa pranzo

Retribuzione 1.500–1.800 € lordi mensili in base all'esperienza

Formazione retribuita e affiancamento operativo

Orario flessibile su valutazione
