Weavers of Ireland is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Dublin Store. In this role, you'll work closely with the Site Manager to lead a high-performing team, achieve sales goals, and uphold the exceptional standards our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you'll take on a variety of important duties, including:

1. Driving Sales & Performance

Partnering with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.

Analyzing sales data to create actionable strategies that motivate the team to achieve results.

2. Marketing & Visual Merchandising

Executing marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.

Creating attractive displays to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.

3. Team Leadership & Development

Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.

Building a positive and motivated team culture focused on achieving consistent results.

4. Compliance & Store Standards

Ensuring adherence to store policies and addressing any concerns in collaboration with senior management.

Maintaining a safe and secure store environment by implementing loss prevention measures.

5. Inventory Management

Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock discrepancies.

Collaborating with management to resolve inventory challenges promptly.

6. Store Security & Closing Procedures

Securing the store at the end of the day, including locking up, setting alarms, and conducting safety checks.

Preparing the store for the next business day to ensure smooth operations.

7. Administrative Tasks

Managing accurate records of sales, inventory, schedules, and employee details.

Assisting with HR responsibilities, such as onboarding new team members
