As an IT Systems Engineer at ICON, you will contribute to our client services function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering software development and engineering work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary contact for user IT issues, addressing calls and emails.
Analyze and resolve technical and operational problems while maintaining work logs in CRM tools and document all calls.
Provide timely assistance to internal users and promote high customer service standards.
Take ownership of user issues and ensure fast resolution.
Support administrative computer-based applications.
Develop solutions for recurring issues and contribute to the Knowledge bank.
Supply statistical data for weekly Service Desk reports.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant software development and engineering experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience in client services and operations or a related area
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
