Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hospital Quality Executive to support the implementation and monitoring of quality standards, patient safety initiatives, and accreditation requirements within the hospital. The candidate will assist in maintaining compliance with NABH and other regulatory standards while promoting continuous quality improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing hospital quality assurance and patient safety programs.

Monitor compliance with NABH, NABL, and other healthcare accreditation standards.

Conduct internal audits, departmental inspections, and quality assessments.

Collect, analyze, and maintain quality indicators and departmental performance data.

Coordinate quality improvement projects and corrective/preventive action plans.

Ensure proper documentation, SOP implementation, and policy compliance.

Support infection control, biomedical waste management, and patient safety initiatives.

Prepare reports, presentations, audit findings, and monthly quality dashboards.

Conduct staff orientation and training programs related to quality standards and protocols.

Assist in incident reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), and risk management activities.

Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for process improvements.

Maintain records related to accreditation, audits, and regulatory inspections.

Monitor patient feedback, complaints, and satisfaction surveys for service improvement.

Participate in committee meetings such as Quality Committee, Infection Control Committee, and Safety Committee.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.

Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or Quality Management preferred.

Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality systems preferred.
