The Role

We’re looking for a Specialist – Talent Sourcing who brings strong capability in sourcing and candidate screening and is excited to help shape effective hiring strategies across regions.
You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines and engage passive talent across functions, predominantly for UK vacancies. You will also support high-volume hiring initiatives and manage applicant responses to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process for DWF.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
Act as a trusted advisor by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies across legal and business roles
Provide market insight and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions, particularly across UK&I, but also EMEA and for complex or high-volume hiring needs.
Lead end-to-end sourcing and screening by identifying, engaging, and qualifying both passive and active candidates across multiple pipelines.
Ensure high-quality candidate shortlisting aligned to role requirements while balancing specialist and high-volume hiring demands.
Collaborate with stakeholders to share candidate feedback, highlight challenges, and recommend improvements to hiring strategies.
Review and create compelling job adverts that strengthen employer brand and attract relevant talent.
Use your knowledge of sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and social media to design effective attraction strategies.
Engage candidates professionally across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, social media, and phone.
Track sourcing activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress across recruitment systems.
Skills & Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and candidate screening across multiple role types, including volume hiring.
Strength in proactive sourcing, ownership, and adaptability within a fast-paced, evolving hiring environment.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to engage passive talent.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Ability to leverage market insights and talent intelligence to influence recruitment strategies.
Strength in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building across regions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes across different hiring streams.
Familiarity with sourcing within Legal, Insurance, Financial Services, or Professional Services sectors, would be beneficial, but is not a must.
