This is a critical team role for an accounting professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records while supporting continuous process improvement. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller and other departments to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the general ledger by completing assigned month-end close tasks, prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
Complete ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting processes and incorporate procedural improvements when necessary.
Process, update and maintain accrual reporting.
Maintain W-9 files.
Generate annual 1099s.
Prepare required schedules and documentation for external auditors.
Customer interactions with credits.
Prepare, interpret and analyze financial data.
Data cleansing to maintain and support accurate forecasting.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
1+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
Experience working with modern ERP’s
Above average knowledge of Excel
Experience with cash flow forecasting
Highly organized with an operational efficiency mindset.
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment and observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information
Reports To: Controller
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation
This Finance role pays $55k-$80k/yr. Within typical range for finance roles in United States.
