This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA
This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As an analyst on the Internal Audit team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit and focus on the execution of Hilton's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Program. You will work with team members, external auditors, and Internal Audit leadership to support the testing and continuous improvement of Hilton's internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
What you'll do during a typical day:
Complete audit testing procedures to evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls
Identify opportunities to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and team member experience through analytics, automation, and process improvement
Support other Internal Audit activities as assigned, to include property audits and audit projects
How you'll collaborate with others:
Work with the Internal Audit Team Members, external audit team, and Hilton's co-source service providers to complete assigned audits

What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
One (1) year of experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting
Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, public accounting or audit activities
Familiarity with Optro, Alteryx, generative AI tools, or other audit and analytics tools
Progress toward or interest in pursuing a professional certification such as CPA or CIA

Benefits availability may vary depending on Team Member's location as well as terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific program/plan.
Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $60,000 – $85,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
