Senior Account Manager ready to step up, or Account Director looking for your next move?

We’re looking for a strong Senior Account Manager who’s ready to take the next step, or an experienced Account Director keen to join one of WA’s most prestigious and rewarding accounts.

This is a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing November 2026.

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a visible, client-facing role with the support of an experienced Business Director and the backing of a collaborative, integrated agency team.

About You

You know great brands are built on sharp thinking, strong relationships and work that goes beyond “that’ll do.”

You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in an integrated or digital agency environment, along with the confidence, curiosity, and ambition to keep pushing for better.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager stepping up, or an established Account Director, you will:

Take ownership and lead the delivery of large-scale integrated campaigns and projects, from conception to completion.

Build trusted day-to-day relationships with senior clients, acting as a key point of contact and a calm, confident partner across the work.

Keep projects moving by balancing timelines, budgets, creative ambition and commercial outcomes.

Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, media, production and digital teams to help shape smart, effective work.

Bring energy, initiative and attention to detail to a high-profile account where no two days look quite the same.

Report to the Business Director as your mentor and work collaboratively with the wider agency of top-tier talent.
