We are looking for a Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruiting Operations team and lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our businesses across Italy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing multiple searches, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience in an international environment.

Reporting to the Regional Lead Recruiting Operations EMEA, you will work closely with Hiring Managers, People Partners and colleagues across Europe to attract and hire top talent.

What you will do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Italy, from intake meeting to offer stage.

Typically manage a portfolio of approximately 30-35 open requisitions across different business functions and levels.

Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.

Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and other sourcing channels.

Create engaging job advertisements and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Conduct candidate screening and manage interview coordination.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Support employer branding initiatives, career events and recruitment marketing activities.

Use Workday and recruiting technologies to manage recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy.

Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring stakeholders.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recruiting best practices across the EMEA region.

Support recruitment activities in other European countries when required.

Your profile and qualifications

What you bring

Previous experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Confidence in partnering with Hiring Managers and providing recruitment advice.

Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A proactive, solutions-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.

Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage.

Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Additional European languages are a plus.

Employment will be under the applicable Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).

The expected salary range for this position is between €40,000 and €50,000 gross annual salary (RAL), depending on experience, skills and level of responsibility.

In addition to base salary, GEA offers a competitive benefits package and may include additional compensation components that will be discussed during the selection process.
