Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Manage Private Banking segment product and service initiatives, marketing, and promotions.

Supervise the Private Banking enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.

Lead and engage with bank partners to foster collaboration and understanding of the Private Banking program.

Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate strategies and updates to bank partners and PRD employees.

Directly supervise the WMG Product Manager and collaborate with the PRD Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager.

Stay updated with industry best practices and attend workshops to enhance business growth opportunities.

Adhere to compliance requirements, ensuring all federal and state laws, bank policies, and customer confidentiality are maintained.
