Product Integrity Analyst

We're looking for an Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract . In this role, you'll provide technical expertise, investigate complex data and product-related enquiries, support business improvements, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Investigate and resolve complex data, product and operational enquiries, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Analyse business requirements, product configurations and data trends to support enhancements, migrations and change initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, auditors and technology stakeholders to deliver effective and compliant solutions.

Support testing activities for system releases, patches and business changes to ensure quality outcomes.

Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Assist with audits, quality assurance activities and compliance requirements, ensuring work is completed in line with business standards and regulatory obligations.

Work closely with colleagues to manage enquiries and deliver services in line with client requirements and agreed service levels.

What we're looking for

Experience within superannuation or financial services.

Exposure to business analysis, product analysis or operational support environments.

Strong analytical skills, including experience investigating complex data or system-related issues.

Well-developed organisational, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.

A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, quality outcomes and risk awareness.
