Collaborate with colleagues, clients, auditors and fund representatives to deliver audit requirements, resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships.

Monitor and report on data and business rule exceptions, taking ownership of deliverables and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, quality and risk management requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and governance.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will bring some of the following experience and capabilities:

Experience within the superannuation industry, ideally with exposure to insurance products and administration.

Background in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role within financial services.

Confidence using data analysis tools to investigate issues, identify trends and support decision-making.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative and detail-oriented approach, with an interest in risk management, continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
