About the role

Otovo is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist (f/m/x) with experience in the Dutch market to advise private customers on residential solar solutions. This is a full-time position based anywhere in the Netherlands, where you will support customers from first consultation to successful contract closure.

Your goal is to drive the successful sale of Otovo’s residential solar solutions (B2C) and actively contribute to the energy transition.

Your Responsibilities

Warm Lead Sales: Advise pre-qualified private customers (B2C) on Otovo’s solar solutions via phone and video calls - strictly no cold calling!

Consultation & Diagnostics: Review diagnostic reports with customers, propose appropriate repair solutions, and handle sales calls for New Builds and Add-Ons.

Deal Closing & Handovers: Follow up promptly on quotes from the Tech Department and Outside Sales handovers to smoothly guide customers to contract closure.

Pipeline Management: Drive your sales success by actively managing your pipeline and tracking conversion rates and other KPIs within our CRM.

Customer Excellence: Navigate customer interactions with finesse, maintaining meticulous records and a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure high satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Pre-Sales team and continuously develop your expertise through our technical and soft-skills trainings.

Your Profile

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English (required).

Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2C phone and video sales, equipped with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of solar systems and equipment. Don't have it yet? We are happy to train the right candidate to become a solar expert in no time!

Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in CRM software and a strong affinity for modern digital sales tools.

Organization: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, maintain structured follow-ups, and keep a sharp eye on the details.

Mindset: Highly motivated, independent, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
