Catalent Pharma Solutions in Madison, WI is hiring a Lab Assistant - Cell Line Development. The Cell Line Development team is responsible for using the patented GPEx® suite of technologies to create high performance stable cell lines using a non-replicative retrovector system and transfection technologies. This system can be used with any mammalian cell line and many eukarytic cell lines

The Role:

Equipment maintenance and cleaning

Lab material ordering and stocking

General lab cleaning

5S organization

Solution preparation

Autoclaving and disposal of biological waste

Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

High School Diploma / GED / Associate’s Degree / Certificate/Diploma in laboratory science

Preferred - Aseptic technique experience

Preferred - General lab experience and practical experience of sterile technique desirable

Preferred - General laboratory equipment experience
