About the role

At egg we make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

Which brings us to you

You enjoy coordinating participant journeys, managing large volumes of data and ensuring every detail is handled correctly. Whether it's registrations, communications, travel arrangements or last-minute changes, you're able to stay calm, prioritize effectively and keep everything moving forward.

You work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities and build strong relationships with participants, clients and colleagues. You're also comfortable using digital tools and technology to improve efficiency and create a seamless delegate experience.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.

Manage the full delegate journey, including registration, communications, travel booking and attendee support

Build and maintain event databases in Cvent, ensuring participant information is accurate and up to date at all times

Create and manage delegate communications, including invitations, reminders, follow-ups and final confirmations

Coordinate travel arrangements and propose suitable itineraries while ensuring compliance with client requirements and healthcare regulations

Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Support event delivery on-site when required and maintain accurate attendance and reporting data after the event

What you’ll bring

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

Experience & skills

3+ years of experience in delegate management, travel coordination, participant management or a similar role

Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare events industry

Strong hands-on experience with Cvent, including event builds, registration management and reporting

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data management tools

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain exceptional attention to detail

Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
