Funciones principales

Elaborar los contratos de arras y el resto de documentación contractual de cada operación, a partir de los modelos del grupo.

Preparar las firmas de notaría: recopilar y revisar la documentación de las partes, coordinar fechas con notaría, agentes y clientes, y verificar que no falta nada antes de la firma.

Dar soporte administrativo a los agentes en el seguimiento de cada operación: plazos, hitos y comunicaciones con clientes.

Mantener actualizada la información de operaciones y clientes en el CRM del grupo, así como el archivo documental de cada expediente.

Coordinarse con las áreas jurídica y financiera del grupo en lo que cada operación requiera.

Requisitos

Manejo solvente de documentación contractual: leerla, comprenderla, cumplimentarla y detectar lo que falta o no cuadra.

Orden y rigor: aquí un dato mal cogido o un documento que llega tarde retrasa una firma.

Capacidad de gestionar varias operaciones a la vez con plazos que no se mueven.

Comunicación cuidada por escrito y por teléfono: serás el interlocutor administrativo del cliente en los momentos importantes de la compra.

Sueldo: 15.455,34€-25.969,51€ al año
