Growth and Retention Consultant, Mobile Gaming, Apps

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.

Experience in the mobile app and mobile gaming ecosystems.

Experience analyzing and interpreting mobile app performance or platform data sets.

Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Agentic AI, including the ability to design workflows that leverage AI agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution.

Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.

Expertise in A/B testing, user strategies, and monetization tactics for Mobile Apps.

Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices specific to App environments.

Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide in-depth UX analysis and customized consultations to high-profile Mobile Gaming App partners, leveraging user segmentation and A/B testing.

Conduct thorough data audits to pinpoint the UX and implementation factors that have the greatest impact on growth and average revenue per daily active user (ARPDAU) in App environments.

Build scalable, dynamic recommendation models for gaming user cohorts, specifically targeting in-app purchases (IAP) and ad revenue.

Produce industry-leading App insights for marketing initiatives, events, and high-touch engagements with top partners.

Lead cross-functional client conversations with product, marketing, and data science teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on App optimization.
