What you’ll do
Lead from the front, delivering an incredible Sunglass Hut experience.
Create a high energy, feel good culture where teams thrive.
Coach, motivate and develop the team to smash sales and celebrate wins.
Support daily store operations and step up in the Store Manager’s absence.
Help attract great talent with personality, confidence and style.
What you’ll bring
Retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure
A proven track record of driving sales and team performance
Confidence, strong people skills and positive energy
Flexibility, adaptability and comfort with fast moving retail
