About the role

You will report to the Bar Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the bar during your shift. You will be responsible for overseeing the department, supervising staff

As Snr Bar staff you will be responsible for:

Assisting in the daily management of the bar to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste.

Ensuring the bar meets hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Assisting in staff training to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.

Handling cash, processing payments, and assisting with sales and budgets

Driving is esstinal fo this role due to location and hours
