"• Project Engineering : To Ensure quality & quantity of Engineering deliverable for MEP Projects within minimum time lines for completing the engineering and handing over to the construction and hence ensure maximum time (more than 75%) of project time available for execution. To have weekly review with procurement for on time finalization and giving the manufacturing clearance.

Value Engineering: Utilization of every opportunity to showcase our strong engineering strength and propose value engineering both before and after award of contract.

Standardization: Ensure high standards of technical deliverable of drawings and data sheet and same to be standardized across region
