Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient BIM Manager to oversee BIM implementation and delivery for our Bangalore and Kochi operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the digital construction workflow, managing the full lifecycle of BIM models from design through to construction coordination. You will be the primary point of contact for BIM standards, cloud collaboration (ACC), and the implementation of emerging technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) on-site.

?Key Responsibilities

?1. BIM Strategy & Implementation (Revit)

?Manage and maintain company-wide BIM standards, templates, and Revit families to ensure consistency across Bangalore and Kochi projects.

?Oversee model health, performing regular audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to LOD (Level of Development) requirements.

?Lead the production of complex BIM models and provide technical support/training to the internal design teams.

?2. Coordination & Clash Detection (Navisworks)

?Lead inter-disciplinary coordination meetings.

?Utilize Autodesk Navisworks for federated model assembly, advanced clash detection, and interference checking.

?Generate clash reports and work closely with project consultants to resolve conflicts prior to site execution.

?3. Common Data Environment (ACC / BIM 360)

?Administer the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment.

?Manage project setup, user permissions, and document control workflows.

?Ensure seamless cloud collaboration between the Bangalore and Kochi teams, ensuring real-time data access and version control.

?4. Advanced Tech Implementation (AR)

?Spearhead the adoption of Augmented Reality (AR) tools for site visualization and verification.

?Bridge the gap between the digital model and the physical site by preparing models for AR deployment.

?Required Skills & Qualifications

?Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

?Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in BIM implementation, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.

?Technical Proficiency:

?Autodesk Revit: Expert level (Modeling, Family Creation, Parameters).

?Navisworks Manage: Advanced level (Clash Detective, TimeLiner).

?Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC): Strong administration skills.

?AR/VR Tools: Experience with AR workflows (e.g., Dalux, Gamma AR, or similar) is essential.

?Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to manage remote teams (Kochi/Bangalore); excellent communication skills for client-facing coordination.

?Nice to Have

?Knowledge of dynamo scripting or API automation.

?Experience in 4D (Scheduling) or 5D (Cost Estimation) BIM.
