Your role & responsibilities
You help create the atmosphere and quality that define our bar:
Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
Recommend drinks and guide guests through the beverage menu
Build genuine connections with guests and deliver warm, engaging hospitality
Prepare and organize the bar before, during and after service
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness
Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service
Monitor stock and support daily bar operations
Follow hygiene and food safety standards

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant or bar
Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques
Passion for hospitality and guest interaction
Confident and friendly communication skills
Ability to stay organized and focused during busy services
Reliable, proactive and team-oriented attitude
You bring your own personality behind the bar and understand that great hospitality is about people as much as drinks.
