Job Title: Home Loan Sales Executive Housing Finance

Location: Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (Based on experience)

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan

SBI Securities is hiring a Relationship Manager / Sales Excutives - Home Loans. Looking for candidates with experience in home loan sales, Open Market Builder/DSA/ Connector sourcing, client handling, and target achievement. Must have knowledge of Direct Sales and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, direct sales, builder/developer contacts, and other lead-generation activities.

Identify potential customers interested in home loans, housing loans, and mortgage finance.

Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements and eligibility.

Convert qualified leads into home loan customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct regular field sales visits and follow up with prospective customers.

Explain home loan products, eligibility, documentation, process, and basic terms to customers.

Assist customers with home loan applications, KYC, income documents, property documents, and other required documentation.

Coordinate with credit, operations, processing, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.

Follow up on applications and ensure timely home loan approval and disbursal.

Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries related to the loan process.

Maintain accurate customer and lead records and regularly update sales activities.

Achieve individual and team home loan sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum education: 12th Pass

Freshers or minimum 1 year of experience in home loan sales or relevant financial products

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork

Basic knowledge of home loan procedures and documentation

Self-motivated and target-driven
