About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), with a solid understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP SD solutions based on business requirements.

Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, and invoicing.

Configure SAP SD modules covering Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and Output Management.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams for custom developments.

Perform configuration, testing, issue resolution, and production support.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to SAP SD processes.

Work on integration with SAP MM, FI, and other relevant modules.

Participate in requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user guides.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide expert functional guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.

Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and business processes.

Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Experience with Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Shipping processes.

Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM and SAP FI.

Experience in requirement gathering, functional testing, documentation, and production support.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience in SAP S/4HANA.

Exposure to SAP Fiori and modern SAP processes.

Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.

Knowledge of interfaces, IDocs, EDI, and integration scenarios.

SAP SD certification will be an added advantage.
