Job Summary

Firm Foundations & Housing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.

Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about company projects and properties.

Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate customer and lead information in company records/CRM.

Follow up with prospective customers regularly and support the sales team in converting leads.

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.

Coordinate with customers, sales executives, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Maintain daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Stay updated on company projects, pricing, offers, locations, and other relevant property information.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Any Degree; graduates preferred.

1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or real estate is preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
