Services Industry Process Consultant (F/M)

The Industry Process Consultant's mission is to reveal, demonstrate and validate with customers how to maximize the value of the Dassault Systèmes portfolio.

Role Description & Responsibilities

The Industry Process Consultant adopts a customer centric approach, applying the VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework in customer's context, and considering the users’ adoption up to monthly / weekly usage. As such, he/she contribute to the generation of new leads and opportunities during the engagement.

The Industry Process Consultant advises customers to transform their businesses by improving their processes, by leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the Cloud and best-in-class practices.

Depending on the organization, he/she collaborates with the Account team to realize opportunities (pre-sales), implement solutions in customers’ environments (services) and contribute to identifying and pursuing new opportunities. As such the Industry Process Consultant impacts pipeline generation.

Master the 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage with an extended level of expertise in several Industry or Brand offers.

Articulate and document how the proposed solutions address the business needs and document the value articulation within the Customer Value Model in accordance with the methodology and definitions. This includes detailing “enablers”, “enabling changes”, “business changes” and their associated KPIs.

Contribute to increase the deal size by identifying opportunities to transform or improve the customer’s processes, accelerating the deal signature and securing successful go-lives.

Lead the definition, the preparation and the delivery of customer’s specific demonstrations.

Demonstrate the value, based on identified KPIs and Customer Value Model, using standard or specific demonstrations with storytelling adapted to the audience (Users, Process Owners).

Support the solutions’ enablement of Sales’ Ecosystem and Partners.

Lead VALUE ENGAGEMENT activities, taking ownership of deliverables and exposing their content during customer presentations.

Perform customer’s business processes modeling, analysis and reengineering on a specific scope to propose usage of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

Take leadership on capitalization and document customer’s best practices.

Lead RFx answers to allocated topics within functional scope.

Share knowledge (Posts, Answer to questions …) in the IPC Role Community (#ProcessConsulting).

Animate the IFWE Loop communities together with the account/project team.

Qualifications

3 years minimum in an industry process consultant role within a major software vendor, a solution integrator or an industrial company. Good capability to manage a customer relationship from technical standpoint in his domain. Ability to lead an engagement team on a dedicated scope.
