Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a dynamic and strategic recruiter responsible for delivering world-class talent solutions across the hotel portfolio. This role balances hands-on recruitment with building long-term pipelines, employer branding, and innovative sourcing strategies to ensure the group attracts and retains the best hospitality talent globally. Working closely with HR, hiring managers, and external partners, the TA Specialist drives workforce planning, manages partnerships with MSPs, recruiters and champions internal mobility to fuel international growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Global Pipelines
Partner with HR and senior leaders to forecast workforce needs across regions.
Build and maintain global talent pipelines for critical roles and future openings.
Develop sourcing strategies to support international expansion, including mobility planning.
Track recruitment metrics to optimise workforce planning and decision-making.
Pop-Up MSP Oversight
Act as main point of contact for Pop-Up MSP partners, ensuring service delivery and compliance.
Monitor MSP performance and alignment with employer brand standards.
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure MSP activity complements internal TA efforts.
Employer Branding & Referrals
Support employer branding initiatives to position the group as an employer of choice globally across all hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed.
Manage employee referral programmes, ensuring visibility, engagement
Partner with Marketing & HR to deliver campaigns that showcase EVP, culture, and growth opportunities.
Recruitment Campaigns & Partnerships
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Senior roles or Global roles across the portfolio.
Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing to attract high-quality talent.
Build partnerships with hospitality schools, colleges, and industry organisations.
Represent the company at recruitment fairs and industry events to promote opportunities.
Internal Mobility & Talent Development
Partner with HR and L&D to design and promote internal mobility opportunities.
Support career pathways by connecting employees to roles across hotels and regions.
Act as a talent advisor to managers, ensuring internal candidates are considered for openings.
Align internal mobility initiatives with succession planning and global development goals.
General TA Duties
Ensure recruitment processes are consistent, inclusive, and compliant across jurisdictions.
Maintain candidate experience at the highest standard throughout the hiring process.
Produce recruitment reports, dashboards, and insights for HR Director and Leadership.
Continuously review and innovate sourcing, assessment, and selection methods.
Preferred Experience & Skills
At least 3 years' experience in talent acquisition within the hospitality industry.
Strong background in workforce planning and building global talent pipelines.
Experience managing MSP partners or external recruitment vendors.
Proven skills in employer branding, social recruitment, and referral programme management.
Full-cycle recruitment experience, including senior or global roles.
Ability to build partnerships with educational institutions and industry organisations.
Experience supporting internal mobility and talent development initiatives.
