Description and Requirements
Bring ideas to life and turn events into measurable business impact. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will lead high-impact trade shows, roadshows, customer events and industry formats from concept to completion - bringing together marketing, sales, solutions, partners and agencies to create engaging experiences that strengthen relationships, generate demand and deliver results.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end event projects including trade shows, roadshows, customer events and industry formats - from strategy and concept through execution, follow-up and evaluation.
Develop event strategies and experiences that connect customer needs, business priorities, brand objectives and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, solutions, enablement, agencies and alliance partners, creating clarity around ownership, timelines and deliverables.
Drive measurable performance by defining and tracking KPIs such as lead generation, lead value, conversion, pipeline contribution and participant satisfaction.
Integrate events with B2B marketing and demand generation, including account-based marketing, content activation, sales engagement and lead follow-up.
Own budgets and commercial processes, including agency scopes, approvals, alliance funding, compliance and transparent financial reporting.
Anticipate and resolve risks and dependencies, proactively addressing missing inputs, shifting priorities and stakeholder bottlenecks to keep projects moving.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and confidently facilitate alignment, challenge constructively and maintain momentum across a complex, international matrix organization.
Continuously optimize event strategy and execution, using insights, data and feedback to improve customer experience, efficiency, ROI and brand impact.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in marketing project management and large-scale events, ideally including trade shows, roadshows or events with 300+ participants.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, customer engagement and demand generation, with the ability to connect events to broader marketing and sales objectives.
Experience in the technology or hardware sector, with an understanding of the evolving technology landscape and the impact of AI.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrix organization, create accountability and move decisions forward despite complexity or ambiguity.
A strong track record of delivering against measurable KPIs, including lead generation, conversion, pipeline contribution and customer satisfaction.
Excellent budget and vendor management skills, including experience working with agencies, approval processes, compliance requirements and multiple funding sources.
A proactive, resilient and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to navigate changing priorities while maintaining a constructive and solutions-focused approach.
Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills, with confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
