About the role

MEGRYCO is looking for a motivated, highly organized HOA & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Plymouth.

This is a unique position for someone who has experience in condominium association property management, commercial property management, or a similar environment, but is looking for a role with more variety and room to grow.

The position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of at least two condominium associations managed by MEGRYCO. However, HOA management alone will not make up a traditional 40-hour workweek. The right person will also support other administrative and operational needs throughout MEGRYCO.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of their work, and doesn’t need every day to look exactly the same.

What You’ll Do

HOA & Property Management

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of condominium associations managed by MEGRYCO.

Serve as a primary point of contact for HOA Trustees and respond professionally and promptly to questions, concerns, and requests.

Coordinate vendors, contractors, landscaping, maintenance, and other association services.

Track maintenance items, violations, follow-ups, and outstanding association issues.

Assist with HOA communications, notices, meeting preparation, records, and correspondence.

Coordinate with HOA Trustees and MEGRYCO leadership as needed.

Maintain accurate association and property information within our property management systems.

Assist with invoices, association expenses, vendor documentation, and administrative financial tracking.

Monitor ongoing property needs and proactively identify issues requiring attention.

Utilize AppFolio for property management functions and recordkeeping.

MEGRYCO Operations & Administrative Support

Assist leadership and the MEGRYCO team with administrative and operational projects as needed.

Help coordinate vendors, schedules, documents, and follow-up across various company projects.

Assist with organization, reporting, correspondence, and special projects.

Be willing to jump into different areas of the business as priorities change.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, driven, business-minded, and proactive.

You don’t need to be a Director of Property Management, and this is not a senior-level property management position. However, you should understand how professionally managed condominium associations operate and be comfortable communicating with Trustees, vendors, contractors, and management.

We’re especially interested in someone who:

Has prior experience with condominium associations, HOA management, commercial property management, or a similar environment.

Has experience with AppFolio or similar property management software. AppFolio experience is strongly preferred.

Is extremely organized and comfortable managing many priorities at once.

Communicates professionally and confidently with HOA Trustees and vendors.

Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to happen next.

Is comfortable holding people accountable and following up until an issue is resolved.

Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Is comfortable working independently while also being part of a fast-moving team.

Has strong business judgment and attention to detail.

Is flexible and genuinely enjoys a role that may move in several different directions.

Wants an opportunity to grow as the company and its property management portfolio continue to grow.

Experience

Condominium association management, HOA management, commercial property management, or related experience strongly preferred.

AppFolio experience strongly preferred.

Administrative or operations experience preferred.

Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills required.
