Junior Designer

Develop high-quality and visually appealing creative designs for digital and print media in line with the company's brand guidelines. Create engaging designs for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, presentations, packaging, brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral. Ensure timely execution and delivery of creative requirements across various departments and business initiatives. Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall visual language across all communication channels. Understand creative briefs and convert business requirements into effective visual concepts and designs. Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives through impactful visual communication. Develop creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, advertisements, campaigns, and other online communication channels. Design print-ready artwork for offline marketing and promotional requirements. Adapt creative concepts into different sizes, formats, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities based on business requirements and deadlines. Keep track of current design trends, creative formats, and digital content styles to bring fresh ideas to the company's visual communication. Review and refine designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders while maintaining the overall creative direction. Organize and maintain design files, templates, assets, and other creative resources for easy accessibility and future use. Coordinate with external vendors, printers, photographers, agencies, or other creative partners whenever required. Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts for new campaigns, product launches, events, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
