About the Role

We're looking for a creative, ambitious, and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside multiple customer-facing teams, helping clients deliver best-in-class CRM campaigns while developing your expertise in marketing technology and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Implement, manage, and report on CRM campaigns for Optimove clients.

Develop CRM strategies based on industry best practices.

Build and modify email templates using a drag and drop editor.

Provide high-level analysis and recommendations on CRM campaign performance, including segmentation, content, and offers.

Support client migrations and assist with project coordination and execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or relevant CRM experience.

Consulting or client-facing experience.

Excellent attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and develop within a customer-focused role.

Must be eligible to work in the UK – we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time

This is a Hybrid role, and you will be required in our Dundee office two days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP).

Understanding of CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing.

Basic HTML knowledge.

Photoshop experience is a plus.
