Team Leader - Outlet - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown

Summary

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the F&B outlet, leading service staff and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes overseeing service quality, handling customer feedback, supporting staff training and scheduling, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards and assisting in achieving operational and sales targets. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in F&B operations and team supervision preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

•1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.

•Strong leadership and people management skills.

•Excellent communication and customer service skills.

•Ability to supervise, motivate and train team members.

•Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

•Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and restaurant operational standards.

•Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

•Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

•Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
