This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and adoption of SKF's newly developed distributor management platform, which has been built on Salesforce and customised to meet the company's business requirements.

The successful candidate will act as the key coordinator between SKF and its distributor network, ensuring distributors are effectively onboarded onto the new platform and are confident in using the system as part of their day-to-day operations. Beyond administration, the role requires someone who can drive user adoption, provide guidance and training where necessary, resolve onboarding issues, and encourage consistent utilisation of the platform.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, system coordination, process improvement and change management, with the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external distributors to ensure a smooth transition to the new digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the rollout and onboarding of SKF's new Salesforce-based distributor platform.

Support and guide distributors through the onboarding process.

Drive adoption and encourage consistent utilisation of the new system.

Act as the primary point of contact for distributor-related platform enquiries.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve system or process issues.

Monitor onboarding progress and identify opportunities to improve user adoption and platform effectiveness.

Ensure data quality and adherence to new digital processes.

Requirments

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.

Experience in Digital Transformation, Project Coordination and Business Analytics.

Strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and dashboard/report development.

Experience with CRM, ERP systems, API connectivity, or digital platforms is an advantage.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with a strong focus on delivering desired results.

Willing to travel for distributor engagement, training, and implementation support.
