Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

ATTACH - Resume

ATTACH - Valid CPR and First Aide Certification - front and back of card (Online courses will not be accepted)

ATTACH - CIF Coaching Certificate

ATTACH - Three (3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application

ATTACH - TB Test Results or Adult Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Assessment Questionnaire (within 60 days of hire)

Minimum of 3 years head coaching experience AND minimum of 5 years of experience in field.

College graduate preferred
