Machine Operator / QA – 1st Shift

Lobos Staffing is hiring an experienced Machine Operator with a strong Quality Assurance background.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Pay: $24–$25/hour

Overtime: Some OT as needed

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.

Perform in-process and finished-product quality inspections.

Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.

Identify defects or equipment issues and make minor adjustments as needed.

Document production and QA inspection results accurately.

Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.

Work with QA and maintenance teams to resolve quality or production issues.

Requirements

1–3 years of Machine Operator or Production Technician experience.

Hands-on Quality Assurance/inspection experience.

Experience using precision measuring tools.

Ability to read blueprints or technical schematics preferred.

High school diploma/GED preferred.

Previous GMP and food industry experience preferred.

Must be comfortable working in a meat-processing environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
