THE MISSION: ARCHITECT OF BRAND DESTINY As our Group Product Manager, you are the guardian of the brand’s soul and the engine of its growth. You will lead the charge in translating international visions into local winning streaks. Your mission is to steer the country strategy, seizing what is starting (Saisir ce qui commence) to ensure our brand remains the definitive choice for the Malaysian consumer. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: LEAD THE GAME
1. Strategic Orchestration & Portfolio Steering
Define the roadmap: Craft the strategic orientations and annual marketing plans that will outpace the market.
Master the portfolio: Dynamically steer your product lifecycle—from high-voltage new launches to the renewal of our "Pillar" icons and the precise animation of the core catalogue.
2. Consumer Soul-Searching & Market Intelligence
Be the consumer’s voice: Deep-diveinto consumer insights and market trends to turn data into "magic."
Influence the Zone agenda: Share your local findings with the Zone and International teams to ensure that future product innovations are perfectly calibrated for the Malaysian market.
3. O+O (Online + Offline) 360° Activations
Create the "Angle of Attack": Implement integrated marketing mix strategies (IMC/Digital/Retail) that create seamless, engaging consumer journeys.
Drive Digital & Retail Excellence: Ensure our brand shows up with power across all touchpoints, building integrated experiences that convert followers into advocates.
4. Cross-Functional Mobilization
The Orchestrator: Act as the central pivot between Sales, Supply Chain, Education, and Finance. You mobilize these business partners to build a unified commercial strategy and ensure flawless execution.
Agency Partnership: Lead our creative and media partners to push the boundaries of brand expression.
5. Business & Financial Stewardship
P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for theA&Pbudget.
Forecasting Accuracy: Partner with Supply Chain to master sales forecasting, ensuring we never miss a moment of consumer demand.
Executive Communication: Master the art of the "L’Oréal pitch"—preparing high-impact, clear messages for senior management.
6. Nurturing the Next Generation of Talent
People Developer: Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
Capability Building: Be a coach who elevates the team’s marketingexpertiseand technicalknow-how, fostering a culture of excellence and "Test & Learn."
