About the role

Guesty is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights that support smarter business and marketing decisions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build meaningful reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data from marketing and business channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and business metrics.

Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.

Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Investigate performance variances and provide insights into business and campaign performance.

Support the development and improvement of analytics processes and reporting frameworks.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and analyses.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with data.

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into practical business recommendations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working with marketing or SaaS data is a strong advantage.

Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
