About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our expanding team. The Recruiter is responsible for researching and recruiting new candidates and utilizes the company database to source, contact and recruit qualified candidates. A well-organized individual who is committed to working in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision and who can analyze data and make accurate decisions will thrive in this job.

Responsibilities:

Subject matter expert on the job market.

Network with a wide variety of organizations and individuals.

Give candidate advice.

Negotiate terms of a candidate contract.

Set up interviews with clients and candidates.

Talk to people on the phone.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
