Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and research to identify top candidates.

Conduct thorough interviewing processes, assessing candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions.

Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems like UltiPro to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.

Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through employee orientation.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruiting agencies to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Stay current on employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure all recruiting practices adhere to legal standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment.

Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively.

Proficiency with talent management software, ATS platforms, and HR systems such as UltiPro.

Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and research methods.

Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to uphold ethical hiring practices.

Experience in high-volume recruitment environments with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Exceptional relationship management skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail during candidate evaluation and employee relations activities.

Pay: $22.15 - $32.40 per hour
