Reporting to the Trade Marketing Senior Executive, this is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

About the Role

As our Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across our retail and wholesale network. Acting as an important communication hub between Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and our external partners, you will help ensure every campaign is delivered accurately, on time and to the high standards expected of the L’Occitane brand.

You will take ownership of campaign coordination and execution, while also supporting local boutique initiatives, wholesale activations, new store openings and other commercial opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Retail Campaign Execution

Coordinate end-to-end retail campaign execution under the guidance of the Trade Marketing Senior Executive.

Prepare comprehensive Campaign Communication Packs for boutiques, bringing together key campaign information from across the business.

Coordinate POS system requirements including new products, pricing, promotional offers and testing ahead of campaign launches.

Communicate campaign information clearly and effectively to boutiques and incorporate feedback into future campaigns.

Prepare guidelines and supporting materials for in-store events and activations.

Coordinate customer experience and service enhancement tools, including GWPs, invitation cards and other campaign collateral.

Monitor campaign expenditure and work closely with Finance to ensure activities remain within budget.

Boutique & Local Marketing Support

Support priority boutiques, including key doors, Beauty Pod locations and new or renovated boutiques, with local marketing activities.

Coordinate local marketing opportunities with shopping centre management through a centralised approach.

Ensure centre management channels are kept up to date with current brand visuals, campaign information and key brand content.

Wholesale Campaigns & Partnerships

Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across key wholesale partners including David Jones, pharmacies and other retail partners.

Prepare campaign kits, collateral, artwork, price tickets, Campaign Communication Packs and other marketing materials.

Coordinate digital assets for online wholesale partners, including banners, product pages, descriptions and campaign creative.

Manage the development of exclusive wholesale kits and promotional offers, including packaging, artwork, suppliers and production timelines.

Work closely with Supply Chain and the Warehouse to ensure stock and campaign materials are available for launch.

Support seasonal presentations, product samples, retailer booklets, order forms and new-line documentation.

Manage purchase orders, invoices and campaign expenditure within agreed budgets.

Ongoing Trade Marketing Support

Support new store openings, refurbishments, merchandising projects and institutional visual updates.

Maintain wholesale order forms and coordinate pricing updates as required.

Coordinate VM requirements including fixtures, planograms, artwork, schematics and retailer merchandising requirements.

Support TVSN planning, orders, deliveries, artwork and communications.

Provide marketing support for B2B, corporate orders and other emerging commercial channels.

About You

You are proactive, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and have the confidence to take ownership of your work while knowing when to seek guidance or support.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

2+ years' experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, marketing coordination or a similar role, ideally within the retail industry.
