Are you passionate about safety, security, and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Safety & Security Ambassador to be the face of our client's organisation, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all staff and visitors.

About the Role:

As a Safety and Security Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

Act as the first point of contact for all safety, security, and emergency matters on site.

Deliver outstanding front of house service — greeting visitors, assisting with enquiries, and creating a positive first impression.

Respond to first aid incidents, manage supplies, and support emergency procedures including fire alarms and evacuations.

Conduct safety audits, patrols, and security checks to maintain compliance and protect assets.

Operate access control systems, monitor alarms, and oversee critical safety equipment.

Deputise for the Site Lead during emergencies, ensuring continuity of operations.

Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and uphold professional standards at all times

What we are looking for:

A valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor)

First Aid at Work certification

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

A professional appearance and positive demeanour

Experience with access control equipment

Able to meet the requirements of the role, which can include remaining in one position for some time and occasionally handling physically demanding activities
