Design Experiences That Make an Impact
RUNDZEE is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative UI/UX & Visual Designer who can transform ideas, business requirements, and user needs into visually compelling and intuitive digital experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design and graphic design skills with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, particularly for mobile and digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality visual designs for mobile applications, websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Develop and maintain brand identity, design systems, components, and visual guidelines.
Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, grids, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content, UI/UX, and Development teams to translate concepts and requirements into effective designs.
Create graphics, illustrations, promotional materials, and other digital assets aligned with RUNDZEE's brand identity.
Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder, product, and user feedback.
Prepare design assets and specifications for developer handoff and digital publication.
Maintain consistency across platforms, screens, campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design technologies, digital products, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, Visual Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, visual design, branding, and digital design capabilities. Portfolio is required.
Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of:
UI/UX design principles
Typography
Color theory
Layout and composition
Grid systems and spacing
Visual hierarchy
Design systems and reusable components
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Knowledge of design systems, Auto Layout, responsive/adaptive design, and developer handoff.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and modern web technologies.
Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, marketplace, delivery, SaaS, or technology platforms.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
Understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
