Keysight Global Customer Experience Group is looking for a Business Process Sr Representative.

Responsibilities:

Leverage deep subject matter expertise in Service Order Management to design, optimize, and scale end-to-end service workflows, including process documentation, training materials, and user stories.

Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical resources to ensure alignment across Service Order Management processes, systems, and priorities.

Apply a strategic, data-driven mindset to identify opportunities for global innovation, automation, and continuous improvement within Service Order Management and across cross-functional teams.

Lead the development of high-quality, actionable user stories that are well-defined, testable, and aligned with enterprise standards, Service Order requirements, and strategic direction - reducing service disruptions and downstream defects.

Ensure alignment with Keysight’s global strategy by driving consistency in Service Order Management initiatives, decisions, and solutions across regions and functions.

Lead initiatives/projects or represent on cross-functional initiatives/projects.

Contribute to hands-on investigation of new functional and compliance requirements (including POCs),participate in requirements analysis and definition, designing solutions required, user story requirementsand acceptance criteria, test and deployment execution in collaboration with business stakeholders andcross functional partners

Manage or play a primary role in projects/programs that follow Agile and/orWaterfall methodologies, from design, testing, delivery, including issue management and resolution / JIRA andECMS tool/process.

Qualifications:

4 to 5 years deep knowledge expertise in both Service Order Management and Salesforce Services Delivery Console end to end functionality and processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated assertiveness and ability to work with aglobal/virtual team.

Team worker with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet aggressive delivery schedules.

Self-motivated, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a global environment including flexibility to adjust daily work schedule toaccommodate early morning or evening calls as needed.

Easily adapts to change and can cope with uncertainty and risk.

Established network and interface with Global IT and business stakeholders to internalize and rationalizerequirements, interpreting and applying processes to deliver value to stakeholders.
