The Role

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Apply your research and analytical skills to identify talent market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activity.

Use your expertise in data analysis to deliver meaningful insights that support recruitment and workforce decisions.

Collaborate with Insights, Intelligence, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality research outputs and recommendations.

Contribute to talent intelligence projects, including market mapping, talent supply and demand analysis, and salary benchmarking.

Create engaging reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations that help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Turn complex data into clear, compelling stories and practical recommendations.

Support business development and client growth through ad hoc research and market intelligence projects.

Build trusted stakeholder relationships by providing relevant and valuable market insights.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

Demonstrated experience in research, market intelligence, and data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate findings into actionable insights.

Proficiency in talent intelligence and market research tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, SeekOut, Talent Neuron, or similar platforms.

Strong storytelling, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to create professional presentations, reports, and data visualizations and communicate insights clearly to different audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and a curious, analytical mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, RPO, or workforce consulting environments.

Knowledge of market mapping, talent intelligence, salary benchmarking, talent supply and demand analysis, and labour market trends.

Familiarity with additional market research and analytics tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working.

Interest in research, market intelligence, data visualization, and solving complex business challenges through data-driven recommendations.
