Responsibilities

Automation Development

Develop and test UiPath automation workflows and bots based on defined business and technical requirements.

Solution Design

Build scalable automation solutions aligned with business processes, technical standards, and RPA best practices.

Troubleshooting & Optimization

Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and maintain existing automations to ensure reliable and efficient operation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams throughout the automation development lifecycle.

Production Support

Monitor bots in production and support CI/CD activities to ensure stable and controlled automation deployments.

Technical Documentation

Create and maintain technical documentation, including Software Design Documents and technical solution designs.

Governance & Standards

Follow development standards, governance requirements, and established RPA best practices across automation projects.

System Integration

Integrate UiPath automations with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications to enable end-to-end business processes.

Requirements

UiPath Platform

Strong hands-on experience with the UiPath platform, particularly UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Insight.

Programming Skills

Programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, Python, or similar programming languages used within automation solutions.

API & Database Integration

Practical experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, SQL databases, and other enterprise data sources.

SDLC Knowledge

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle principles and their application within automation development.

Elastic Robots

Knowledge and practical understanding of UiPath Elastic Robots and their use within scalable automation environments.

AI/ML Capabilities

Familiarity with recent UiPath platform capabilities, particularly AI and machine learning features supporting intelligent automation.

Testing & Debugging

Experience with workflow automation, debugging, testing, and resolving technical issues throughout the automation lifecycle.

Agile Environment

Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating effectively within cross-functional delivery teams.
