Role Description:

Define and implement automation testing strategy, standards, and governance.

Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, regression, and integration testing.

Lead automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Postman.

Integrate automated test suites into CICD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing, test data generation, and intelligent test op timization.

Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and automation effectiveness.

Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skill Set:

seeking a Test Automation Lead to drive enterprise-wide test automation strategy, framework development, and quality engineering initiatives across cloud and digital transformation programs.

The role will lead automation teams, improve test coverage, and accelerate delivery through CICD and AI-enabled testing practices.
