Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruiting preferred.

Experience recruiting candidates for US healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare staffing companies.

Strong understanding of US healthcare job titles, certifications, licenses, specialties, and staffing requirements.

Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, JobDiva, job boards, resume databases, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong candidate screening and qualification skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.

Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.

Willingness to work in a US night-shift schedule from Pune.

Pay: ₹14,161.97 - ₹42,936.63 per month

Work Location: Remote
